Pool Rules

• Muirfield residents and guests in good standing (limited to 4 per family)
• Pool Pass REQUIRED for entry
• Children under 12 must have adult (16 yrs) supervision
• Lifeguards must be respected at all times
• The pool may be closed for maintenance purposes, health conditions, weather or any other reason deemed sufficient by the pool manager
• NO SMOKING
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS
• NO PROFANITY
• NO CONTAGIOUS OR INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS
• Proper swimming apparel required
• NO diapers in pool (children not toilet trained must wear swim pants)
• NO rollerblading, skateboarding or bicycling in pool or cabana area
• NO running or rough play
• NO diving in the shallow end
• NO flips or backwards jumps off the sides
• NO climbing, diving, or jumping off lifeguard stand
• NO pets in the pool areas
• Personal conduct in the pool area must be such that the safety of the individual and others are not jeopardized
• Violating the rules can result in suspension of pool privileges
• Violators will be held responsible for any damage to Muirfield property
