Pool Passes
Need a pool pass? Pool passes for new resident families (1 per family) and replacements for lost cards will be available for the pool opening.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a new card this year? No, your card is good from year to year.
Are there any restrictions? You must be in good standing with the neighborhood (HOA assessments paid), and follow the pool rules.
Why is there a fee for a lost card and where does that money go? The fee goes toward purchasing new passes and maintaining software to run the security system and computers associated with the pool.
What if I have a complaint about the pool? We have a contract with Bi-State Pool & Spa. If the lifeguards are not able to answer your questions and you can not find the answer on this website, please send an email to MuirfieldHoa@muirfieldstcharles.net
