The Cabana and pool can be used by residents and their guests during regular pool hours as stated in our rules and regulations section.
If you are planning a party, please call us and let us know. Reservations will not be accepted for holidays
and/or holiday weekends. This will help to avoid having more than one party happening at the same time. Large parties will require additional lifeguards. The cost of the additional lifeguard will be the responsibility of the resident hosting the party. There will only be one party allowed at a time per day/weekend. Parents must attend children's parties. Call Melissa if you would like to reserve the cabana or set up a party. A security deposit may be required.

Please provide the number of people you plan to have attend. Parties with greater than 20 people need to have an extra lifeguard.
- It is your responsibility to contact the lifeguard company to arrange a lifeguard by calling Please confirm with Melissa when your arrangements are complete.
- Base fee for an extra Lifeguard is approximately $23/hour (subject to change). You may be charged more based on day of the week and time.
- We require 2-weeks' notice for a party.
- Reservations are for tables only in the Cabana area.
- Please leave pool deck open for Muirfield residents.
- Bathrooms will remain open for all residents and guests.
- You must follow all Muirfield rules and regulations.
- You must clean up after yourself.
- Guests need to park on one side of the street only (sidewalk side).
- Only one party per day will be allowed. ( 2 hour period )
- No parties on holidays or a holiday weekends.
- Must be in good standing with Muirfield HOA
